As a React.js Developer at our company, your role will involve developing and maintaining responsive web applications using React.js, Redux, and TypeScript/JavaScript. You will collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver high-quality user experiences. Additionally, you will integrate APIs, optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability, participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging, and work within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver on sprint goals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js, Redux, and TypeScript/JavaScript. - Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver high-quality user experiences. - Integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow between front-end and backend services. - Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability. - Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure robust, secure solutions. - Work within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver on sprint goals. Qualifications Required: - 4 - 6 years of hands-on experience in React.js and related libraries (Redux, React Router, Hooks, Context API). - Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful APIs. - Experience with frontend build tools like Webpack, Babel, or Vite. - Familiarity with Git, JIRA, and Agile development practices. - Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and performance optimization. - Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) is an added advantage. - Exposure to Node.js or Next.js will be a plus. In addition to the technical skills required for the role, having a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is essential. If you are someone with experience in cloud-based deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP), familiarity with UI frameworks like Material UI or Tailwind CSS, and exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps environments, it would be considered a nice-to-have for this position.
