What will your role look like

Design and develop complex front-end applications using React.js, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Integrate RESTful APIs and support backend services using Python when needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, Backend) to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, and CI/CD processes to ensure reliability.

We would like you to bring along

8+ years of hands-on experience in React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Strong knowledge of Python for backend logic or API integration.
Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, Git, and Agile development practices.
Familiarity with frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, ESLint) and secure coding standards.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Good-to-have skills

Domain exposure in Insurance, BFSI, or Risk & Compliance systems.
Experience with Python-based API frameworks (FastAPI, Django REST Framework).
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and testing frameworks (Jest, Enzyme, PyTest).
Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
