ReactJS Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain web applications using React.js and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Integrate APIs and handle state management using Redux, Context API, or other tools
• Ensure UI/UX designs are technically feasible and accessible
• Write clean, scalable, and high-quality code with proper testing
• Work closely with designers, backend developers, and product teams
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance
• Stay updated with latest industry trends and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with Redux, Hooks, and functional components
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git, and package management tools (NPM/Yarn)
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Knowledge of front-end build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Babel

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with TypeScript
• Knowledge of UI libraries (Material-UI, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, Ant Design)
• Familiarity with server-side rendering (Next.js)
• Understanding of CI/CD, unit testing (Jest/React Testing Library)

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
