Job Description

We are seeking an expert React Native Developer with at least 6 years of hands-on experience in mobile app development. The ideal candidate will architect, develop, and maintain complex cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android. You will play a crucial role in guiding technical decisions, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver world-class products.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced React Native applications
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to define and execute project requirements
Architect and implement scalable, maintainable code using industry best practices
Optimize performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement automated testing strategies
Integrate native modules and third-party APIs for enhanced functionality
Mentor and train other developers; conduct code reviews and promote coding standards
Stay current with latest mobile development trends and emerging technologies
Manage project timelines, code documentation, and technical specifications

Minimum Qualifications

6+ years of experience in mobile app development.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux, and related frameworks
Expertise in building, deploying, and maintaining large-scale apps for both iOS and Android platforms
Deep understanding of native mobile development (Swift/Objective-C for iOS, Java/Kotlin for Android)
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
Proven experience with performance optimization and debugging
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
