React Native Developer

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement mobile features and UI components using React Native and its core principles.
• Translate UI/UX design wireframes and mockups into high-quality, reusable code and mobile components for future use.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to create seamless and intuitive mobile experiences.
• Optimize mobile applications for maximum performance, responsiveness, and cross-platform compatibility (iOS and Android).
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, participating actively in code reviews to ensure high standards of quality.
• Integrate with backend services and RESTful APIs to fetch and display data.
• Utilize Google Cloud Platform services for deploying and managing mobile application backends, including Cloud Functions, Firebase, or App Engine.
• Troubleshoot and debug mobile application issues, implementing effective and timely solutions to ensure smooth user experiences.
  

Required Qualifications:

• Proven professional experience as a Front-End or Mobile Engineer with React Native.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (including modern ES6+ features), HTML5, and CSS3.
• In-depth knowledge of React Native and its ecosystem, including state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
• Experience with mobile development tools such as Expo, Metro bundler, and NPM/Yarn.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience deploying mobile applications integrated with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Familiarity with GCP services such as Firebase, Cloud Functions, or App Engine.
• Experience with modern UI libraries for React Native (e.g., NativeBase, React Native Paper, Styled Components).
• Knowledge of TypeScript for mobile development.
• Understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with pipelines for automated testing and deployment for mobile apps.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an agile team environment.
