About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled React Front-End Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in building high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. The candidate must have strong coding skills, problem-solving ability, and deep expertise in React.js. You will work closely with designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless, pixel-perfect, and high-performance applications for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance, and reusable front-end components using React.js.
• Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code while ensuring design accuracy.
• Implement state management solutions (Redux, Context API, or Recoil) effectively.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a wide range of devices and browsers.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and services.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, SEO-friendly rendering, and accessibility compliance.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and participate in code reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in front-end development with React.js.
• Strong JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript coding knowledge.
• Deep understanding of React fundamentals (hooks, lifecycle methods, context, HOC, etc.).
• Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, SASS, TailwindCSS, or Material UI.
• Experience in state management (Redux, MobX, Context API).
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
• Good understanding of web performance optimization and security practices.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Next.js or other React-based frameworks.
• Experience with GraphQL.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Exposure to Docker, AWS, or other cloud platforms.

Education

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
