Job Description

The Senior R&D Officer will provide technical support for product development within the Harpic and Lysol Innovation Team. Responsibilities include utilizing formulation development skills to create new products that address consumer needs, following SOP/ISO protocols for data generation, maintaining lab equipment, recording data accurately, and conducting lab tests and analysis. They will also be responsible for inventory management, collaborating with key stakeholders, ensuring health and safety standards, and maintaining a clean work environment. Professional qualifications include a minimum Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or a Master's degree in Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Sciences. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, formulation expertise, oral and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a team. They should be result-oriented, proactive, flexible, and eager to learn and grow. Proficiency in MS Office applications is required.
