Error Management Practice within Platform Foundation supporting multiple products which are In-SOP (Seamless ADAS Maps, HDLM, HERE Lanes, IVI etc. or Pre-SOP (SAM, Blackbird, Gottlieb, HCP3 etc.)
Investigation, triaging and monitoring customer reported bugs / errors. Drive E2E life cycle of customer reported bugs from acknowledging, in progress, verification test fixes, resolution (closure), blocked seeking additional information from customer. monitoring drives the appropriate Quality and Continuous Improvement culture in the company Good knowledge of JIRA workflows and JIRA projects such as in HERESUP on JIRA cloud alongside legacy JIRA projects such as DEVSUP (JiraWeb for HD Live Map), HCP3 (SealJira for Cariad) Gottlieb (DEVZone for Daimler) Monitor ticket backlogs Perform tickets trend analysis Look for Continuous Improvement opportunity to improve effectiveness productivity of Error Management Practice across platform foundation and HERE. Interface work with Head of Quality in Platform Technology, Error Managers from Platform Technology, Technical Support Engineers, Tier 3 teams from Foundation engineering, operations, PT, Error management colleagues within PF Quality to ensure success of Error Management KPI s and objectives are met. Defines and manages internal and external audit requirements such as A-SPICE, ISO. Defines and implements error management strategies to improve effectiveness and productivity. Who are you
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor s degree (Engineering, Statistics or Geosciences preferred)
- Minimum six to nine years of relevant experience required,
- Four years management/leadership experience required
- General knowledge of Error Management workflow, JIRA projects such as DEVSUP, HCP3, Knowledge of HD Live Map products and tools etc.
- Project Management Experience, exposure to Lean Six Sigma processes is desirable
- Excellent communication (internal external), presentation and storytelling kills
- Proven understanding of technology and work process flows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
- Strong team leadership, organizational and management skills
- Knowledge of statistical methods as applied to Quality principles, Minitab knowledge desired.
- Ability to interact with a large number of stakeholders at variety of levels within and outside of the organization.
- Travel if required.
