The Oral Care category, with its Billion Smiles Mission, focuses on bringing healthy teeth and beautiful smiles to 1 billion consumers daily. Your role will involve creating and implementing innovative processing for core oral care brands, utilizing chemical engineering skills to develop sustainable and cost-efficient processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and develop process engineering for innovation funnel for PC Oral Care Global R&D Capabilities. - Translate the category D&E business strategy into an R&D program to deliver innovations and technologies and manufacture processes. - Apply a deep understanding of chemical engineering and physical sciences to design and develop processes for innovation and technology. - Lead digitization of pilot plant processing and application of process modeling. - Partner with the Supply Chain team to implement new innovations and processes into sourcing units. - Collaborate with Oral Care formulation leaders, TPL, and science & technology process engineering leader to transfer insights and create an aligned process innovation capability program. **Qualifications Required:** - First degree in Chemical Engineering or closely related discipline, with a track record of creating and implementing new processes for semi-solid formats. - Experience in Oral Care laboratory and pilot plant scale formulation and processing, with a strong understanding of engineering principles and physical and colloid science. - Proficiency in developing and applying digital tools and modeling for innovative process solutions. - Good grasp of statistical tools and large data analysis. - Ability to deliver technology and innovations in a resource-efficient manner. - Experience in developing R&D strategies and leading cross-functional teams. - Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills. - Awareness of external technologies and effective partnering with academic and 3P entities for technology development. - Understanding of safety, regulatory, and quality principles related to processing. - Knowledge of IP protection and technology insights. - Fluent in English.
