Additionally, you will partner with formulation leaders and technology process engineering experts to drive process innovation capabilities. To excel in this role, you should possess a degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field and have experience in formulating and processing oral care products at laboratory and pilot plant scales. Your ability to leverage digital tools and modeling to develop innovative process solutions will be a key asset. Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills are essential, along with a deep understanding of safety, regulatory, and quality principles related to processing.
