Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an R&D Packaging Development specialist. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong background in packaging development and a passion for driving innovation.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement new packaging designs and technologies to enhance product quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of packaging solutions into production processes.
  • Conduct research and testing to identify areas for improvement in existing packaging materials and methods.
  • Design and develop prototypes of new packaging products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with manufacturing teams to resolve issues related to packaging production and supply chain logistics.
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of packaging solutions and make recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical packaging regulations and standards.
  • Experience with packaging design software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
