Job Description

We are looking for a skilled R&D professional with 6 to 12 years of experience to join our team as an R&D Manager/Asst. Manager in Saykha, Gujarat.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement strategies for evaluating and implementing new technologies within the Analytical Development department.
Communicate with synthesis-R&D teams and assist in analytical method remediation and troubleshooting.
Perform analytical characterization and data interpretation for complex organic compounds.
Create lab SOPs and study reports.
Develop accurate, precise, specific, and robust analytical methods.
Calibrate analytical instruments according to the master calibration schedule.
Prepare and review specifications, method of analysis procedures, and analytical development reports.
Discuss work plans daily with supervisors/managers and mentor junior lab personnel.
Participate in project meetings and prepare weekly/monthly reports for submission to managers.
Prepare analytical technical documents for dossier/technology transfer executions of projects.
Handle regular lab duties including equipment maintenance, chemical inventory management, and lab cleanup.
Maintain strict IP confidentiality and adhere to all related data privacy policies.

Job Requirements

Minimum 6 years of experience in R&D, preferably in the agrochemical industry.
Master's degree in Science (M.Sc) or Doctorate in a relevant field.
Strong knowledge of analytical techniques such as HPLC, UPLC, LCMS, GC, XRD, DSC, etc., and automation.
Experience in developing analytical methods that are accurate, precise, specific, and robust.
Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
