Job Description

We are looking for a skilled R & D Executive to join our team in the agrochemical industry in Saykha, Bharuch, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years of experience and a strong background in chemical research and development.

Roles and Responsibility

Plan, set up, monitor, and work on chemical reactions independently.
Monitor progress using standard methods and analytical techniques such as TLC, GC, HPLC, and LCMS.
Isolate products and optimize reaction conditions for improved yields.
Develop and implement new methods and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Analyze data and results to inform future experiments and improvements.

Job Requirements

Experience in the pharma, CRO, or agrochemicals industry is preferred.
A M.Sc degree in a relevant field is required.
Strong knowledge of chemical research and development principles is essential.
Proficiency in UPLC, HPLC, and other analytical techniques is necessary.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
