Job Description

We are looking for a skilled R & D Executive to join our team in the agrochemical industry in Saykha, Bharuch, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience and a strong background in research and development.

Roles and Responsibility

Plan, set up, monitor, and work on chemical reactions independently.
Monitor progress using standard methods and analytical techniques such as TLC, GC, HPLC, and LCMS.
Isolate products and optimize reaction conditions for improved yields.
Develop and implement new research projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Prepare and present research reports and findings.

Job Requirements

Industry experience in pharma, CRO, or agrochemicals is required.
A M.Sc degree in a relevant field is necessary.
Possess strong knowledge of research and development principles.
Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Exhibit strong communication and presentation skills.
