Manager for Product Development for launching new mechatronics robotics products
leveraging Artificial Intelligence.
The company has developed multiple Robotics solutions for automating crops and EV Tractor. Team is developing multiple AI based solutions for different domains in addition to Agri-Tech.
Engineering graduate / Science post graduate
6-12 years of experience in developing mechatronics products & robotics. Experience on EV technologies would be beneficial
Experience of developing at least 3 mechatronics products
Experience on Embedded Software development (optional)
Building and managing multidisciplinary team
Passion and enthusiasm to build fast growing company aligning with vision and mission of company
An entrepreneurial mindset, High energy with High integrity and Self-motivation
A Team player with good communication skills
Optional Artificial Intelligence and machine learning hands on experience
Growing current multidisciplinary team
Understanding explicit and implied requirements of products and systems in collaboration with all stake holders
Planning and scheduling tasks of electronics and embedded software team
Detailed technical reviews of team deliverables including code walk through
Productionization of JyoSH Integrated Agriculture Robot and other solutions
Building new products using robotics and Artificial Intelligence like fruit and vegetables quality measurement, Onion transplanter, Accidental cars inspection, quality measurement of manufactured parts, drone-based inspection system for bridges and towers
Fixed salary per month based on performance as per industry standard (as per experience and responsibilities handled in previous organization)
Yearly bonus and bonus shares proportionate to company revenue
