RCM Team Lead (Payments & Charges)

Location: Pune (Work from office)

Purpose of Job: What is to be accomplished? (Specific tasks and responsibilities)

The RCM Team Lead is responsible to know and facilitate specific accounts and their unique attributes in order to successfully provide customized RCM for each account. This is a dual position with its own workload along with oversight to train, audit and monitor the group for accurate procedures and turnaround. Ensure workflow, including collecting payments stays current and on track with regards to insurance carriers, patients, clients and internal interactions. The position supports the company's overall Operations and Client Services by efficiently and effectively providing and reviewing account data needed for the Revenue Cycle process and delivering results.

Desired Education, Experience and Skills:

• Graduation in any stream; One year certificate from college or technical school preferred
• 5-6 years of experience in same/related field

• Strong customer service skills, trains individuals on CHMB's systems and workflow, review and work unpaid patient and insurance balances and credits.
• Organize, identify, and improve managers workflow through daily and weekly productivity reports report challenges and concerns and request need for assistance to supervisor.
• Ability to perform the duties of the payment entry specialist, charge entry specialist and AR specialist.
• Achieve goals set forth by supervisor regarding error-free work, transactions, processes and compliance requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
