Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Grievance Handling Executive with strong exposure to RBI-related complaints and regulatory matters. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing customer grievances in line with RBI guidelines and ensuring timely and compliant resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and resolve customer grievances related to banking/financial services in accordance with RBI regulations.
• Prepare and respond to complaints received from RBI, CMS portal, Banking Ombudsman, and other regulatory bodies.
• Draft clear, accurate, and compliant responses to customers and regulators within defined timelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments to investigate issues and ensure effective resolution.
• Maintain proper documentation and MIS reports for grievances and regulatory communications.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, RBI circulars, and compliance standards.
• Identify root causes of complaints and suggest process improvements to reduce recurrence.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in grievance handling, preferably in the NBFC sector.
• Proven experience handling RBI complaints, CMS portal, or Banking Ombudsman cases.
• Strong knowledge of RBI guidelines, circulars, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and grievance management systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
• Experience in NBFC/Bank/Fintech environment.
