Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage retail liability products such as CASA, Current Accounts, Savings Accounts, and other liability products.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales revenue through cross-selling of banking products.
Identify new business opportunities by prospecting for potential clients and acquiring new customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to their accounts.
Meet or exceed monthly targets set by the bank for sales performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-6 years of experience in Retail Banking or Branch Banking with a focus on Liabilities management.
Strong understanding of Business Development principles and practices in Retail Banking environment.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels.
