Retail Liability Product unit is the business division responsible for designing, managing and growing the Bank's liabilities portfolio (on Savings & Term Deposits) through focus on attracting & retaining retail deposits, which serve as a low-cost source of funds that are crucial for Balance sheet and liquiditymanagement .The unit is responsible for new & innovative Product Designing, pricing & interest rate strategy, customer acquisition & retention strategy, cross-sell strategy for customer stickiness and profitability alongwith compliance management

About

To manage the Business Correspondent channel projects / new initiatives & liabilities business drive via Non-Branch banking (Bharat Banking) channel

Key Responsibilities

(1)Non Branch Banking (Bharat Banking) Channel drive for liabilities business scale up - across all sub verticals viz Farmer Funding, Tractor Loans, Gold Loans, Bharat Enterprises (W), Bharat Enterprises(R), MicroFinance Retail, Bharat Banking Distribution , CSC & Partnerships

-Driving Savings MDAB & NOA (including Jugalbandi initiative)

-Driving Channel Resource productivity

-Driving SA Attachment ratio for NTB accounts

-Driving premium penetration for NTB SA acquisition

-Driving zero balance NTB SA count reduction

-Driving PPC on NTB SA through Bharat verticals

(2)Business Correspondent Savings Acquisition channel - Managing digital projects & initiatives

-Enhancements in existing onboarding journey

-New service journeys creation through Business Correspondent route

-Raising Internal BRDs/Process change requirements for Process Improvement

(3)CMC management for BC journey enhancements - and associated processes viz checks & controls clearance , launch date update management

(4)Driving liability campaigns for on ground adoption in Bharat Banking

(5)Assisting with branch queries on BC channel processs

(6)Stakeholder Collaboration - Connect with relevant stakeholders across banks functions like IT, BSG, Operations, Risk, compliance, legal etc. for requisite solutioning & approvals on BC process enhancements)

(7)Data Analytics & Monitoring - on Bharat Banking performance & BC portfolio - for incisive insights aiding decisions on actions needed for business growth.

(8)Compliance , Risk & Audit activities management - for BC related processes

(9)Coordination with BIU/IT for new reports or modification in the existing reports

(10)Responsible to manage communication of new process/updates through EDM/SMS or other modes

(11)Anti Money Mule Model Process for BC channel - BAU monitoring on overall activities

Qualifications

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

.Graduation / Post-Graduation in relevant field

.6-8 years of experience in the BFSI sector
