We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Service Relationship Manager to join our team in Axis Bank Limited The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service

• Identify and build new relationships with corporate clients to increase business opportunities
• Manage existing corporate customer relationships to enhance their value
• Achieve monthly sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion strategies
• Conduct market enhancement activities within corporates to drive business growth
• Record and track all engagement activities using CRM software
• Ensure compliance with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the ficial services industry
• Grow and cross-sell to mapped relationships, ensuring BDE incentives are met

• Graduate with less than 10 years of experience or MBA with minimum 3 years of experience
• Possess good communication skills in both English and the local language, along with excellent verbal and written abilities
• Demonstrate strong lead generation and conversion skills, with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Work effectively as part of a team, exhibiting high sales orientation to consistently meet targets
• Have good presentation skills and maintain high standards of integrity
• Show knowledge of market and competition trends
