Job Description

Responsible for acquisition of Premium Customers (defined as Burgundy Private, Burgundy and Priority) Performance to be benchmarked against both Numbers and as well as valuesResponsible for ensuring the NTB accounts sourced during the year maintain True Value relationshipResponsible for early cross sell to newly acquired Customers, thus ensuring that there is PPC expansion leading to higher wallet share of customer Aim is to become Primary Bank for the customers so acquiredResponsible to co-own the relationships for first three-month post account opening, while also ensuring that a defined SOP is followed to handover the customer to mapped Relationship Manager for further nurturingEnsuring that there is a revenue generation by way of Cross Sell IPG as well as OCSEnsure that the leads, if coming from any other LG Channel ie, BROs, non-BB Channels etc are actioned upon with in the first 24 hours of lead assignment, making sure that there is a healthy LCRBe a mentor to the Sales Executives in the mapped SOL IDs to see an increase in the premium mix of accounts sourced by the SEsWork extensively with the Sales Manager of the Branch to explore the opportunities available in the MSDQualificationsGraduate/ Post Graduate from a recognized institute2-6 years of relevant role in BFSI sector (preferably Banking)Role ProficienciesGood communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local languageExcellent lead generation and conversion skillAbility to handle pressure and meet deadlinesAbility to work successfully as a part of a teamHigh sales orientation to meet the sales targets consistentlyNeed to have good presentation skills and high standards of integrity Market and competition knowledge
