The candidate will be part of the Wealth 2. 0 Program team Program is responsible to achieve the banks aspiration to build market share in the private banking business by gaining the largest share in incremental AUM. Role includes engaging with senior leaders in the organization for the design, solutioning & implementation of Wealth 2. 0 strategies while collaborating across various cross functional teams to drive & achieve program s goals:
- Leveraging strength of Axis and subsidiaries to deliver a full stack wealth offering and create competitive advantage
- Innovative solutions to creating differentiation & slowdown margin compression - Leverage bank technology framework to build enhanced customer engagement journeys
- Making use of data analytics to tap into the untapped potential within the existing customer base. And develop approach for personalized offering & engagements.
- Strategize for distinct brand identity for the bank in wealth management space
- Optimize the operational cost by conducting process reviews, leveraging third party tech/ops solutions & simplifying product/ service offerings.
- Staying updated with Market/industry trends & regulatory changes
- Maintain workstreams/project plans, tracking and reporting progress and manage risk and dependencies.
- Monitor & control quality of project deliverables throughout project life cycle.
- Implementation of best practice of industry & Myrtle

MBA/PGDM from premium B school would be preferred.Prior experience in Wealth Management, Portfolio management, Channel management, Design/implementation of process/digital journeys, Project Management will be an added advantage.
