RB - Affluent Business:Partner

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Partner to join our team in the Affluent Business vertical The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in wealth management, ficial planning, or a related field

• Create and execute plans to acquire new-to-bank high-value customer relationships through networking, partnerships, and referrals
• Interact with internal referral sources to identify prospects and opportunities for growth
• Explore, review, and fulfill banking, ficial, and wealth management needs of mapped customers
• Provide inputs to the product and research team for new products that clients require
• Recommend products and services based on client's ficial needs and risk profile
• Manage complex client situations and provide personalized wealth management advisory and solutions

• CA / CFA / Business Management or other relevant Post Graduate degree
• AMFI and IRDA certification is preferred
• Knowledge of banking products and services, including investment advisory, estate planning, real estate, and tax advisory
• Ability to manage complex client situations and provide personalized wealth management advisory and solutions
• Good communication skills in both English and the local language
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining good networking and relationship-building skills
