Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Operate hand-held X-ray devices, ensure proper patient positioning, quality imaging, and follow radiation safety standards.
Upload images to cloud/AI platforms and perform basic troubleshooting and daily equipment checks
Maintain logs, submit daily screening in excel format/image reports, and coordinate effectively with field teams and community staff.
Participate in required trainings for device handling, safety, and operational updates.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma / Degree in
Radiology / X-Ray Technology
(DRT/DRTT/X-Ray Technician course).
13 years
of experience operating digital X-ray equipment; experience in field camps preferred.
Familiarity with
portable or hand-held X-ray devices
is an advantage.
Basic computer skills for uploading and managing digital images.

Skills Required

Excellent technical understanding of digital radiography.
Ability to work in
remote field locations
and manage high patient loads.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Problem-solving ability and quick decision-making in field environments.
Physically fit to handle camp setups and travel extensively.

Working Conditions

Extensive travel to rural/urban field camps.
Outdoor work environment with varying conditions.

Compensation:

Each Technician shall be paid a monthly compensation.
Travel reimbursement for outstation duties shall be payable as per actual expenses subject to the Companys travel policy.
Accommodation expenses (for outstation stay) shall be reimbursed in accordance with the Companys travel rules.
