Job Summary:

Sales Executive

This role involves understanding client requirements, providing customized storage solutions, preparing quotations, and coordinating with design and installation teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for racking, shelving, and warehouse storage systems.
  • Visit clients across warehouses, logistics companies, factories, and distribution centers to assess storage requirements.
  • Understand client needs and propose appropriate racking solutions (e.g., selective, drive-in, cantilever, mezzanine, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the design/engineering team to develop layout drawings, technical proposals, and cost estimates.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and tenders.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and provide effective post-sales support.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in

    Engineering, Business, or Marketing

    (preferred).
  • 26 years of experience

    in sales of industrial racking, warehouse equipment, or material handling systems.
  • Good technical understanding of various storage systems and warehouse layouts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with

    AutoCAD

    drawings is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client visits and site assessments.
