Job Title: Senior R2R Specialist – Onsite with Client
Location: Pune (Onsite – Minimum 3 days/week)

Salary: ₹50–60 LPA
Experience Required: 15+ years in Record to Report (R2R)

About the Role:

Proservartner is seeking a highly experienced R2R Specialist to join a key client engagement in Pune. This is a senior-level, client-facing role requiring a strong background in Record to Report operations, leadership capabilities, and hands-on delivery experience in complex finance environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end R2R processes including journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, and reporting
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, compliance, and internal controls
• Drive automation and standardization initiatives across R2R functions
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on-site and offshore
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the client on finance transformation and process optimization
• Act as the primary point of contact for R2R operations at the client location

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in R2R within shared services or consulting environments
• Proven expertise in GL accounting, month/year-end close, fixed assets, and intercompany processes
• Strong understanding of finance transformation, process improvement, and automation (RPA, ERP tools)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with global clients in a consultative role is a strong advantage
• Willingness to work onsite in Pune at least 3 days a week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per year
