Job Description

Transition Coordinator (Junior)

Location: India (Hyderabad, primarily onsite with some remote flexibility) / Poland Remote (Krakow or similar)
Type: Permanent

Role Overview

As a Transition Coordinator, you will support the smooth migration of business processes into shared service and global delivery models. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals who want to build a career in transition management and global delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support transition planning, documentation, and reporting.
  • Assist in due diligence, knowledge transfer, and process mapping.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders on progress tracking.
  • Help identify risks and escalate where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records, SOPs, and knowledge transfer documents.

Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, PMO, or transition support.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Comfortable working with global teams.

Compensation

  • India: ₹25 – 30 LPA
  • Poland: 20 – 22k PLN

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per year
