Role Overview

As a Transition Lead, you will manage complex, multi-tower transitions and lead teams of transition managers. You will be accountable for programme success, client satisfaction, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, multi-process transitions across geographies.
• Define governance structures, performance measures, and delivery plans.
• Act as senior escalation point for clients and internal teams.
• Mentor and coach junior transition managers.
• Identify opportunities for standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of transition leadership experience.
• Strong consulting, programme management, and client relationship skills.
• Experience delivering complex global transitions across multiple functions.
• Demonstrated success managing large teams and budgets.

Compensation

• India: ₹35 – 40 LPA
• Poland: 24 – 25k PLN
