Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an R & D (Synthesis) specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in synthesis and be able to work independently.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement new methods for synthesizing complex molecules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize chemical processes.
Conduct experiments and analyze data to improve yield and efficiency.
Design and develop new equipment and facilities for synthesis reactions.
Troubleshoot issues and optimize processes for improved results.
Maintain accurate records of experiments, results, and procedures.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of chemistry and chemical engineering principles.
Experience with synthesis techniques and equipment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
