Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for creating new formulation under guidance of tech manager
Working knowledge of various Pigment, Dyes, Polymer olifin & Eng. Plastic
Maintain equipment health and calibrate labo equipment per std procedures with help of maintenance dept. have work experience to work on spectral, extruder, MFI, DSc, FTIR etc. equipments
Candidate should have good knowledge of pigments, Dyes, Mica pigments and have work experience to work on spectral, extruder, MFI, other lab Instruments
To ensure that Health and Safety rules and regulations are adhered to during the shift and all matters relating to this are dealt with using the resources within the company in line with the companies Health and Safety policy
Problem solving and troubling shooting skills are used to ensure that all team members can identify root causes and take fast effective action to resolve the problems in hand
To work closely with other Quality Control Engineer and support quality in case of any manpower short
Maintain housekeeping standards 5S, to ensure a clean and safe workplace
having Experience to work in software SAP system, ISO document preparation, maintain records, prepare reports
Various other duties as assigned by Department head.
