Job Description

Job Title: OFFICER-TECHNICAL IN QA IN LABROTORY, QMS, GMP AND GLP, DIVITION CAPAJob Summary:The Officer-Technical in QA will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Quality Assurance standards in laboratory operations, focusing on Quality Management Systems (QMS), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). The role involves managing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to enhance product quality and safety.Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols in the laboratory
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with QMS, GMP, and GLP standards
Manage and document CAPA processes, ensuring timely resolution of quality issues
Provide training and support to laboratory staff on quality assurance practices
Prepare and review quality documentation, including SOPs and validation protocols
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in quality assurance

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance within a laboratory setting
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
Proficiency in quality management software and tools
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

Skills:

Strong knowledge of QMS, GMP, and GLP
Experience in laboratory quality assurance
Familiarity with CAPA processes
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a teamRole & responsibilities
