R& D - cosmetics

Formulation Development: Design, develop, and optimize cosmetic formulations including but not limited to skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrance products. Utilize your knowledge of ingredients, raw materials, and manufacturing processes to create innovative and high-performance formulas.

Ingredient Research: Stay updated on the latest advancements in cosmetic ingredients, technologies, and trends. Evaluate new raw materials for efficacy, safety, and regulatory compliance. Conduct literature reviews and collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients.

Testing and Evaluation: Plan and execute laboratory experiments to assess the performance, stability, and safety of cosmetic formulations. Conduct sensory evaluations, compatibility testing, and efficacy studies to ensure product quality and effectiveness.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all cosmetic products meet regulatory requirements and standards set forth by relevant authorities (e.g., FDA, EU Cosmetics Regulation). Collaborate with regulatory affairs team to navigate regulatory processes and obtain necessary approvals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, packaging, and manufacturing to align product development efforts with business goals and timelines. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive projects forward and address any challenges or concerns.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of formulation development activities, experimental results, and project milestones. Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
