The Role: Quick Commerce Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quick Commerce Executive to manage day-to-day Q-comm logistics operations. The role involves coordinating with warehouses, delivery partners, quick commerce platforms, and internal teams to ensure smooth order flow, timely deliveries, inventory accuracy, and seamless execution across platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc..

What You'll Do

1. Order & Inventory Management

- Monitor daily orders across quick commerce platforms.

- Ensure real-time inventory updates and maintain minimum stock levels.

- Coordinate with warehouse teams for order fulfilment and timely dispatch.

- Track and resolve order discrepancies, delays, or cancellations.

2. Logistics & Dispatch Coordination

- Oversee pick-ups and deliveries with logistics partners and platform teams.

- Ensure dispatch accuracy, packaging standards, and SLA compliance.

- Troubleshoot delivery issues, shipment returns, and RTO cases.

3. Platform Management

- Manage listings, pricing, visibility, and product availability on platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BB Now, etc.

- Coordinate with category managers for promotions, PO allocation, and stock placements.

- Monitor platform dashboards and ensure smooth operational flow.

4. Performance Tracking & Reporting

- Track daily/weekly sales, fill rates, OTIF, stock ageing, and service levels.

- Share periodic MIS reports with management.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

- Work closely with logistics, sales, finance.

- Ensure timely GRN, invoicing, and payment reconciliation with platforms.

- Support new product onboarding, catalogue updates, and operational setups

Preferred candidate profile

2-9 years of experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, or logistics operations (FMCG preferred).

- Strong understanding of order management, dispatch processes, and platform SLAs.

- Good knowledge of platform dashboards (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.).

- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

- Proficient in Excel, reporting, and data analysis.
