Job Description

Role Overview

This role will drive Hatsun Quick Commerce (Q-Comm) growth strategy across platforms such as Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and Zepto. The candidate will lead campaign execution, new product launches, marketing budgets, and performance metrics to deliver GMV growth and platform share within the Q-Commerce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Platform Planning

• Develop platform-specific marketing strategies for Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and Zepto.

• Create and manage monthly & quarterly Q-Comm marketing calendars.

• Lead New Product Introductions (NPI) from pre-launch planning to post-launch

performance.

Campaign Execution & Promotions

• Launch and manage in-app ads, banner placements, push notifications, and platform

promotions.

• Design cashback offers, bundles, trial promotions, festive campaigns, and tactical programs.

Analytics, Reporting & Insights

• Monitor key metrics: ROAS, TROI, GMV, CTR, Conversion Rate, CAC, Repeat Purchase.

• Optimize campaigns based on platform analytics and performance insights.

• Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to senior management.

Budget & Platform Relationship Management

• Own and manage the Q-Comm marketing budget with ROI focus.

• Coordinate with platform category teams for visibility slots & co-funded promotions.

• Track competitor activities, category trends, and platform growth opportunities.

Candidate Profile

Must-Have Experience

• Quick Commerce Marketing / Brand Growth, either:

From platforms like Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto

OR from Media Agencies handling multiple Q-Comm brands

• Proven expertise in campaign planning, promotions, and performance optimization.

Skills &Tools Advantage

• Proficiency in IDS and other performance analytics tools for campaign setting, tracking, and

insights.

• Strong command over Excel, dashboards, and funnel analytics.

Language Requirement

• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Tamil is mandatory.

Essential Skills

• Strong analytical mindset & real-time decision-making ability.

• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong communication and platform negotiation skills.
