What You’ll Do

• Conduct research and experimentation on 

  quantum algorithms

   (e.g., VQE, QAOA, Grover’s, Shor’s, or other hybrid quantum-classical approaches).
• Explore 

  real-world problem mappings

   (e.g., optimization, chemistry, or machine learning) into quantum formulations.
• Develop and simulate 

  quantum circuits

   using frameworks such as 

  Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane, or AWS Braket

  .
• Collaborate with software engineers to prototype 

  hybrid quantum-classical workflows

  .
• Publish internal or public research papers, whitepapers, or demos showcasing early quantum advantage.
• Stay current on the latest research and help define our long-term 

  quantum strategy and roadmap

  .

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s or PhD in 

  Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics

  , or equivalent research experience.
• Strong understanding of 

  quantum information theory

  , 

  quantum gates

  , and 

  noise/error models

  .
• Hands-on experience with 

  quantum SDKs

   (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane, Braket, etc.).
• Solid programming skills in 

  Python

   and/or familiarity with 

  linear algebra and probability theory

  .
• Curiosity, creativity, and a “research + build” mindset, you enjoy theory but love seeing it work in code.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable working in a small, fast-moving startup.
