Quantity Surveyor/Planner

Qualification: BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Proficiency in MS Project

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

RESPONSIBILITIES

Quantity Surveying and Billing

• Taking off quantities from drawings: Extracting accurate quantities of materials and work from construction drawings.
• Taking JMR (Joint Measurement Record) from Client: Coordinating with clients to obtain joint measurement records.
• Prepare & get certification of RA bills from client: Drafting interim payment bills for ongoing works and ensuring client approval and certification.
• Preparation of subcontractor bills: Drafting payment bills for subcontractors based on completed works.
• Reconciliation of subcontractor bills & materials: Verifying and aligning subcontractor bills with work done and material usage.
• Excellent drawing studying: Thorough analysis and interpretation of architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for project execution.
• Assisting in the preparation of tender documents and bills of quantities: Collaborating to create detailed tender documents and cost estimates.

Project Scheduling and Monitoring

• Assisting in creating detailed project schedules using MS Project: Supporting the development of comprehensive project timelines and milestones using scheduling tools.
• Monitoring and reporting on project progress against the baseline schedule: Tracking progress and reporting variances from the planned schedule.
• Identifying potential delays and proposing mitigation measures: Recognizing risks to timelines and suggesting strategies to avoid or minimize delays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
