Job summary

Seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor & Tendering Engineer to manage cost estimation and tender preparation for infrastructure projects in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and experience in handling large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Tender Preparation: Develop and submit competitive tenders for projects by analyzing project requirements and client specifications, ensuring alignment with company capabilities.
• Quantity Take-Off: Perform accurate quantity take-offs for materials and resources needed for construction projects, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all project components. Must know BBS & BOQ preparation
• Cost Control: Monitor and control project costs during execution, comparing actual vs. estimated costs to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Contract Administration: Manage contract documentation and ensure all contractual terms are met, including compliance with regulations and industry standards.
• Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding tender submissions and project costings, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
• Software Proficiency: Auto-CAD

Key Requirements

• Experience: 1-5 years of experience in quantity surveying and tendering within the civil engineering sector.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in B.Tech/B.E. with a specialization in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with infrastructure projects in urban environments
• Proficiency in project management software

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
