Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor, located in Patna. The Quantity Surveyor will handle tasks related to cost control, preparation of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for Interiors, Civil, Landscaping Projects, cost management, and planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include cost reporting, budgeting, and ensuring that financial control measures are implemented effectively throughout the lifecycle of a project. Also, we are looking for candidates who have prior experience in Government projects estimation work as per SOR along with experience in filling Tenders and preparation of DPR. Qualifications Expertise in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning Proficiency in preparing the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) Ability to perform Cost Reporting and Budgeting Strong analytical and numerical skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Experience with construction and project management software Bachelor's degree in B.E in Civil , Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field Show more Show less
