Responsible for cost estimation, budget management, contract administration. Work with project stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Key Responsibilities: Cost Estimation & Management: Develops and maintains cost estimates for MEP systems, from initial budgets to detailed design stages. Contract Management: Oversees contracts for MEP works, including procurement and supplier negotiations. Cost Analysis: Conducts cost analysis on engineering projects and provides accurate estimates for materials, labor, and other expenses. Progress Payments: Prepares and agrees on progress payments, assesses variations and claims. Reporting: Provides regular reports and updates to senior management and other stakeholders. Stakeholder Communication: Works with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders. Bill of Quantities (BQ): Creates BQs, cost estimations, cost plans, and contract packages. Risk and Value Management: Provides support for risk and value management, and cost control functions. Required Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detailed understanding of MEP systems and construction processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in relevant software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
