Cost Analysis: Conducts cost analysis on engineering projects and provides accurate estimates for materials, labor, and other expenses. Progress Payments: Prepares and agrees on progress payments, assesses variations and claims. Reporting: Provides regular reports and updates to senior management and other stakeholders. Stakeholder Communication: Works with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders. Bill of Quantities (BQ): Creates BQs, cost estimations, cost plans, and contract packages. Risk and Value Management: Provides support for risk and value management, and cost control functions. Required Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 15+ years of experience in estimation and sales within the MEP systems domain, preferably in the MEP contracting industry. Handling, guiding and verifying the estimations done by the team members across locations.
