Job Description

Position: Quantity Surveyor (QS) Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering Experience: Minimum 2 Years Salary: ₹25,000 per month Location: [Specify location if available] Gender: Male Additional Benefits: Accommodation provided Reports To: Staff / Labour Reports Department Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain staff and labour reports. Conduct quantity surveying and estimate project costs accurately. Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and material estimation. Monitor site progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Verify contractor bills and ensure compliance with project specifications. Coordinate with the site engineers and project management team. Skills Required: Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and measurement sheets. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software. Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
