Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Quantity Surveyor (Interiors) at Paliath Interiors Pvt. Ltd. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing costs, planning costs, and reporting costs. Day-to-day tasks will include tracking project budgets, ensuring accurate cost estimations, and coordinating with the design and execution teams to ensure financial efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 years of experience in Cost Control and Cost Management

Proficiency in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)

Skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting

Strong analytical and numerical skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work collaboratively with design and execution teams

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field

Experience in the interior design or construction industry is a plus
