Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and work scopes. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues promptly. Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and BOQs. Ensure quality standards and compliance with safety regulations. Manage procurement and logistics of materials and finishes. Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting. Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project updates and concerns.
