As a Quantity Surveyor (Interior) based in Chennai, your role will involve managing and controlling project costs to ensure they stay within budgets. You will be responsible for tasks such as preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost planning, monitoring project costs, and reporting on cost-related aspects. Collaboration with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders will be key to ensuring successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Managing and controlling project costs - Preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities) - Cost planning and reporting - Collaborating with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management - Experience in preparing and managing BOQs (Bill of Quantities) - Familiarity with Cost Planning and Cost Reporting - Strong analytical and numerical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure - Relevant degree or certification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field The company may prefer candidates with experience in the interior design or construction industry, although this is not mandatory for the role.
