Quantity Surveyor interior

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor (Interior) located in Chennai. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing and controlling project costs within budgets. Day-to-day tasks include preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost planning, monitoring and reporting project costs, and ensuring effective cost control. The Quantity Surveyor will work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Cost Control and Cost Management skills
• Proficiency in preparing and managing BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
• Experience in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Relevant degree or certification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Experience in the interior design or construction industry is a plus
