Infrava Private Limited is a professional services consultancy delivering Quantity Surveying, commercial management, and project support services to clients primarily in the UK construction and infrastructure sector.

Role Description

• Prepare and manage Applications for Payment (AFP), Payment Notices, and valuations
• Cost planning, forecasting (COWD), and budget tracking
• Assess variations / compensation events with proper substantiation
• Contract administration (NEC experience preferred)
• Reconcile supplier accounts and support final accounts
• Maintain audit-ready commercial records and reports

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
• 15 years QS experience (UK projects preferred)
• Strong Excel skills (cost build-ups, trackers, reconciliations)
• Good understanding of NEC / standard UK contracts
• Excellent attention to detail and written communication
• Ability to work remotely with UK time alignment
