Location: Ahmedabad

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates from drawings and specifications.
• Review and verify contractor bills, work measurements, and rate analysis.
• Prepare and maintain project cost reports, budgets, and progress summaries.
• Evaluate variation claims and support contract administration.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and finance teams for smooth billing and cost control.
• Maintain documentation related to quantities, material reconciliation, and cost records.
• Ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with project requirements.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Good understanding of industrial civil works and material specifications.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹65,000 per month (Depending on experience and skills)
