Role Description

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor – Glazing & Cladding Specialist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for cost planning, contract administration, value engineering, and financial management of glazing and façade projects. The role requires expertise in façade systems, rainscreen cladding, curtain walling, and aluminium systems. Daily tasks include measurement, valuation, cost reporting, contract negotiation, and supporting project managers with commercial decisions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Quantity Surveyor in glazing, cladding, or façade construction
• Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement methods, and commercial management
• Ability to prepare and manage BOQs, valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Proficiency in cost control, budgeting, and reporting tools
• Experience with ACP, HPL, curtain walling, and rainscreen cladding systems
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in façade/glazing industry preferred
