Quantity Surveyor

As a Quantity Surveyor at BPR INFRASTRUCTURE PVT LTD, located on-site in Kurnool, you will play a crucial role in managing all contractual and financial aspects of construction projects. Your responsibilities will include preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), cost planning, cost control, cost management, and cost reporting. It will be your duty to ensure that the project stays within budget by conducting regular site visits and closely collaborating with project managers and contractors. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ) - Develop cost planning strategies - Implement cost control measures - Manage cost reporting efficiently - Regularly visit the construction site - Collaborate closely with project managers and contractors Qualifications Required: - Skills in Cost Control, Cost Planning, and Cost Management - Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) - Proficiency in Cost Reporting - Strong analytical and numerical skills - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and handle complex tasks - Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field - Previous experience in the construction industry is preferred,
