Job Description

Prepare and review quotations, work orders and payment certifications in accordance with project agreements.
Verify quantities, rates and work completion against purchase orders and contracts.
Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to validate work progress before processing vendor payments.
Ensure compliance with contract terms, scope of work and quality standards before billing approval.
Maintain records of bills, payment schedules, and reconciliation reports.
Liaise with vendors and subcontractors to address billing discrepancies and resolve disputes.
Track project budgets, costs and variations to ensure proper financial control.
Assist in preparing project cost reports and financial forecasts.
Ensure all tax deductions, retention amounts and statutory compliance are correctly applied in vendor bills.
Work closely with the finance and accounts department for payment processing and
audits.
Optimise billing processes and introduce best practices to enhance efficiency.
